Definition / Scope
Renewable energy is form of an energy source that is replaced rapidly by a natural process such as sunshine, water, wind, and geothermal heat flows. It means that we can use renewable energy as much as we want without worrying about them running out. Renewable energy plays an important role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions as they are much more environment friendly than non renewable energy sources like fossil fuels.
